Yes, at a published exchange rate of 14 freeze dried minnows to one dollar. The rate is reviewed quarterly and is not negotiable by cats who have already eaten the minnows.
How long do I keep my records?
Seven years, or until the box they are in becomes the preferred sleeping box, whichever comes first.
Can I claim my human as a dependent?
Only if the human can demonstrate that more than half of their support came from you. This is rare but we have seen it twice.
